Qualifications

• 5–15 years of experience with intellectual property litigation.
• Federal/State court litigation experience required.
• Experience taking/defending depositions required.
• Experience with privacy, AI, and data governance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation caseload and counsel clients on IP and data privacy matters.
• Advise clients on various transactional matters and compliance issues.
• Collaborate with attorneys on legal projects.
