Job summary

FBT Gibbons LLP seeks an IP Patent Paralegal to support attorneys on patent prosecution matters in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, focusing on filing and managing USPTO and international applications. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of patent IP paralegal experience, strong organizational skills, and experience with docketing software (CPiDocketing, CPI, PracticeLink a plus) and MS Office.

This role can be based in multiple offices across the U.S.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of patent IP paralegal experience.
• Experience with docketing software; CPI and PracticeLink a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist, prepare and file documents with USPTO and international patent offices.
• Stay up to date on filing requirements across offices.
• Communicate with foreign counsel and coordinate deadlines.
