Qualifications

• Three to five years of patent litigation experience.
• Admitted to the state bar of the preferred office location.
• Degree in electrical/computer engineering, computer science, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent accused infringers and patent owners in district courts.
• Engage in proceedings before the International Trade Commission.
• Participate in PTAB proceedings at the USPTO.
