Qualifications

• 2+ years of substantive experience in patent preparation and prosecution.
• Experience or familiarity with data science, machine learning, AI, IoT, optics, or related fields.
• Excellent academic record in relevant degree.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with inventors and attorneys to prepare and prosecute patent applications.
• Conduct novelty and clearance searches.
• Draft comprehensive patent applications.
• Negotiate with USPTO for optimal claim scope.
• Manage patent portfolio strategy and communication.
