Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
• At least 6 years of IP paralegal experience.
• At least 3 years of experience managing a large paralegal team across offices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the IP paralegal function, including recruiting, onboarding, utilization and training, and professional development.
• Coordinate onboarding for all new paralegals and ensure access to resources.
• Manage performance, employee relations, and annual evaluations with supervision.
• Engage with practice groups and lawyers to align paralegal strengths with high-quality work.
• Oversee workflow, capacity, and utilization to support lawyers and clients.
• Approve PTO and timecards; support the Practice Group Director as needed.
