Job summary

A national law firm in the United States is seeking an IP Litigation Specialist to support attorneys with administrative tasks and manage legal documentation. Ideal candidates will have experience in patent litigation and strong proofreading skills. This role involves maintaining attorney calendars, managing e-filing, and ensuring confidentiality of client matters. Qualifications

• Preferably have Patent Litigation experience in Federal District Court.
• Previous experience with the ITC is preferred.
• Prior experience supporting Attorneys with IPR before the PTAB is preferred.
• Possess the ability to read and write for proofreading purposes.
• Have one to two years of job experience in a law office.
• Possess the ability to transcribe at a level of 70 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys by performing administrative tasks.
• Draft legal documents and correspondence.
• Maintain attorney calendars and schedule appointments.
• Manage e-filing of documents timely.
