Qualifications

• Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Hands‑on experience with federal court litigation.

Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of intellectual property litigation.
• Draft and argue substantive motions including dismissal and summary judgment.
• Counsel clients on litigation risk and strategy.
