This role requires over 7 years of experience in litigation, including 3 years in IP. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of intellectual property litigation, preparing court filings, and coordinating document discovery. Qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal with at least 3 years of IP litigation.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state court procedures and litigation rules.
• Experience managing discovery, filings, and trial preparation in complex litigation matters.

Responsibilities

• Support all phases of intellectual property litigation, from pre-suit investigation through trial.
• Prepare, file, and manage pleadings and discovery materials in federal and state courts.
• Coordinate and manage document discovery, including review and production processes.

Skills

Seven years of litigation paralegal experience

Strong knowledge of court procedures
