Procopio Business Advisors, LLC is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary/Legal Assistant for their IP Litigation team in San Diego, CA. You will support busy attorneys with drafting motions, handling e-filings, and managing litigation deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of litigation experience, preferably in intellectual property law, and must be able to work three days a week in the San Diego office. This role offers a salary range of $85,000 to $100,000 annually along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of litigation legal assistant or secretary experience.
• Intellectual property litigation experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with federal court filing procedures required.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, formatting, proofreading and managing litigation documents.
• Handling district court e-filing and maintaining attorney calendars.
• Communicating professionally with clients and opposing counsel.
