Job summary

Finnegan's Electrical and Computer Technology litigation and Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) teams are seeking mid-level to senior litigation associates with experience in computer hardware and software in our Washington, D.C. Office.

The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of solid patent litigation experience and IPR proceedings before the PTAB, plus a JD from an ABA-accredited law school and be licensed to practice law.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of patent litigation experience.
• IPR proceedings before PTAB experience required.
• JD from ABA-accredited law school with bar admission required.

Responsibilities

• Litigate patent matters focusing on computer hardware and software.
• Represent clients before PTAB and in related litigation.
• Contribute to strategy on IP portfolio protection and licensing.
