Qualifications

• Significant partner-level experience in IP litigation, with emphasis on patent litigation.
• Active DC Bar.
• Demonstrated success handling sophisticated, high-stakes IP disputes.
• Experience representing technology companies or sophisticated commercial clients.
• Portable or developing book of business and ability to originate and expand client relationships.
• Strong technical fluency; undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline preferred.

• Active D.C. Bar.

• Strong experience representing technology companies, innovators, or other sophisticated commercial clients.
• A portable or developing book of business and a demonstrated ability to originate and expand client relationships.
• Strong technical fluency; an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline is strongly preferred.
