SourcePro Search, LLC is seeking an IP Litigation Paralegal with a bachelor’s degree, a Paralegal Certificate, and at least three years of IP litigation experience, including life sciences, Hatch-Waxman, and ITC Section 337 matters. The role supports all phases of IP litigation from inception through trial and appeals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and Paralegal Certificate required.
• 3+ years of IP litigation experience, including patent matters.
• Experience supporting life sciences, Hatch-Waxman and ITC Section 337 matters.

Responsibilities

• Provide paralegal support for patent litigation in federal district courts, appeals before the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, and actions before the ITC and PTAB.
• Organize discovery materials and trial preparation, including e-discovery coordination and deposition transcripts.
• Prepare chronologies, indices, and summaries of information from discovery.
• Assist in deposition preparation, including witness files and exhibits, and attend depositions to take notes.
