Fish & Richardson P.C. invites an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join the Atlanta team in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on case file organization, document preparation, and electronic filing to support patent litigation matters.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in litigation, familiarity with ECF processes, and strong organizational skills; occasional travel is required, and the role is hybrid with in-office expectations in Atlanta.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm.
• Patent litigation experience preferred.
• Ability to adapt to changing responsibilities and circumstances.
• Occasional travel required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate creation of the case management repository for new matters and manage case files; handle ECF downloads and distribution.
• Generate and format legal documents; organize exhibits and finalize for filing; coordinate with local counsel and process server.
• Electronically file court papers and stay current with electronic filing rules across jurisdictions.
