Job summary

Greenberg Traurig, LLP seeks an IP Litigation Paralegal in our New York office to support patent and trademark litigation from inception through post-trial, including research and discovery work.

The role is in-office, with regular attendance for meetings, training, and relationship building, reporting to the Paralegal Manager in New York. Candidates should work overtime as needed and maintain high client service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Paralegal studies preferred.
• Notary Public license or willingness to obtain.
• Minimum of 5 years of Patent Litigation Paralegal experience.
• Patent trial experience including exhibit prep and witness management.
• Experience with E-filing and Relativity/Concordance/3rd-party tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all aspects of patent, trademark and IP litigation including deposition prep, trial prep, and briefs.
• Support document production, e-discovery, and case management.
• Prepare and file documents in state and federal courts; assist with Markman hearings.
• Coordinate with trial teams and outside vendors; manage calendars & case schedules.
• Review documents to identify client-attorney privilege; prepare privilege logs.
