Greenberg Gross LLP is expanding its New York office and seeking a proac tive paralegal for the Employment Team. The role offers close collaboration with assigned attorneys, handling pleadings, discovery, and trial prep to help move cases forward.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in litigation paralegal work, familiarity with eDiscovery and Microsoft Office, and strong organization, communication, and teamwork skills. Some overtime and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of litigation paralegal experience, employment litigation experience a plus.
• Proficiency in legal research tools, eDiscovery databases, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to work overtime and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pleadings, discovery, document review, and trial preparation.
• Manage case files and electronic discovery, including document review and production.
• Prepare for depositions, hearings, and witness interviews.
• Conduct legal and factual research.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
• Maintain accurate timekeeping and perform other assigned tasks.
