The candidate should have a degree in CS or EE, about four+ years of patent litigation experience, and strong research, writing, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
• Approximately four or more years of patent litigation experience with strong research, writing and analytical skills.
• District court patent litigation experience; PTAB or ITC experience is a plus.
• Must be licensed or eligible to be licensed to practice law in the applying jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Analyze patents and prepare invalidity and infringement contentions.
• Develop case strategy and work with technical experts.
• Draft briefs and other substantive filings, manage discovery, and prepare witnesses.
• Take and defend depositions and contribute to hearings and trial preparation.
• Work directly with clients and collaborate with colleagues across offices.
