Job summary

Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. seeks an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate Attorney with 2–4 years of IP litigation experience to join a prestigious AmLaw 50 firm’s national practice in a hybrid role.

The candidate will handle patent/trade secret disputes, work on ITC/IPR proceedings, and contribute to high-stakes federal litigation. The role requires a JD from a top-tier law school, active bar admission, and a technical degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 2–4 years of IP litigation experience, including patent or trade secret disputes.
• Trial experience, ITC and IPR exposure valued.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in EE/CS/Physics/Chemistry/Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in complex IP disputes including patent and trade secret litigation.
• Develop and execute litigation strategies in federal courts, ITC, and administrative proceedings.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Coordinate discovery and e-discovery with clients and vendors.
• Conduct depositions and support trial teams.
