MoFo is a destination law firm seeking a lateral associate for its IP Litigation Practice Group in Los Angeles. You will handle patent and trade secret matters, leveraging deep technical knowledge and strong advocacy skills to serve top-tier clients across technology and life sciences sectors.

You should have a law degree with strong academic credentials, admission to the state bar, and outstanding research, analytical, and communication abilities.

Who You Are

• You are a high performer with intellectual property matters, including patent and/or trade secret litigation.
• You have an undergraduate degree in hard or life sciences.
• You have strong academic credentials in law and undergraduate coursework.
• You have a strong work ethic, excellent leadership skills, and action-oriented interest in taking on increased levels of responsibility for client matters.
• You also have outstanding research and analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and have sound legal and business knowledge in working on a broad spectrum of cases and counseling clients with respect to ongoing matters.
• You are admitted to the state bar in which you are practicing.
