Job summary

Morrison Foerster in Palo Alto, CA seeks a Ph.D.-level candidate to join our patent prosecution group. You will prepare and prosecute patent applications, contribute to prosecution strategy, and provide technical and legal research for matters before the USPTO.

You will also support PTAB and litigation proceedings, leveraging deep technical knowledge in biology and related fields, and collaborate across teams to deliver strategic IP solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in biology or related field.
• Outstanding writing and analytical skills, and top academic credentials are essential.
• USPTO registration is not required.
