Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Bachelor’s degree in a hard science, life science, or related technical field.
• Active admission to the state bar where practicing.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in patent and intellectual property litigation matters.
• Handle patent and trade secret disputes through all phases of litigation.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents.
• Develop litigation strategies for complex intellectual property matters.
• Collaborate with attorneys and clients on case management and legal strategy.
• Work with technical and scientific concepts to support litigation efforts.
• Provide legal analysis and strategic advice throughout the litigation process.
• Participate in hearings, depositions, trials, and other litigation proceedings as required.

Attorneys will work on sophisticated matters while collaborating with experienced litigators in a nationally recognized intellectual property practice.

Duties

• Represent clients in patent and intellectual property litigation matters

Requirements
