Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a mid-level associate in Boston for the Pharmaceutical group with 3–5 years of patent prosecution experience. You will work closely with clients and inventors through the patent process and coordinate filings and analysis.

The ideal candidate holds a PhD in organic chemistry or biochemistry, plus a JD from an ABA-accredited law school and USPTO admission or eligibility. Strong written/verbal communication and teamwork are essential.

• Admitted to or eligible for admission in Massachusetts or New York.
• Admitted to the USPTO.
