Job summary

NLR's Licensing Compliance Administrator role sits within the Technology Transfer Office. You will coordinate IP licensing, monitor royalties, and ensure compliance across patent and software licenses. The position interfaces with Finance, Legal, and researchers to streamline processes.

Candidates should have a strong background in licensing, contract administration, and financial reporting, with experience using IP management tools. A hybrid schedule onsite at Golden, CO is required.

Qualifications

• Required understanding of licensing and IP agreements.
• Experience handling financial reporting for license revenues.
• Ability to interpret contractual obligations and ensure compliance.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensing of NLR IP and administer post-execution license compliance.
• Coordinate royalties, license fees, milestones, and annual reports.
• Track ROI and SWR records in the IP management system.
• Prepare documents for executive management review and license-revenue projects.
• Maintain and update TIPMS with agreement data.
