Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Legal Assistant supporting an Intellectual Property practice.
• Working knowledge of U.S. and international patent and trademark prosecution processes and deadlines.
• Familiarity with USPTO rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and file patent and trademark applications and prosecution documents.
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and government agencies on IP matters.
• Monitor deadlines and manage correspondence for legal files.
