Job summary

FBT Gibbons LLP in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a detail-oriented Docketing Administrator to maintain the accuracy of the docketing system and support attorneys across IP and litigation matters.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to manage critical deadlines, and provide accurate client service in a fast-paced environment. The role offers locations in Cincinnati, Columbus, or Indianapolis and opportunities to contribute across primary and non-primary docketing areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of experience in a similar docketing role preferred.
• US Patent docketing experience is required; CPI familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter and docket incoming mail, faxes, and emails promptly.
• Enter and docket outgoing correspondence and filings.
• Docket patent, trademark, and copyright applications and related documents.
• Maintain IP docket database using CPI and monitor due dates.
• Generate daily, weekly and monthly due-date reports for attorneys and paralegals.
