The IP Docketing Clerk is responsible for maintaining and managing intellectual property (IP) deadlines and records to ensure timely filings and compliance with U.S. patent and trademark regulations. This role will primarily assist IP attorneys and patent agents with reviewing incoming mail and prosecution documents, inputting documents and deadlines into the docketing system, and calculating procedural deadlines. Our ideal candidate will have at least five years of docketing experience using Anaqua PATTSY Wave docketing systems.
The IP Docketing Clerk role is an hourly non-exempt position and will work full-time at our Toledo, Ohio office, but may be open to remote for the right experience.
