Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an experienced IP disputes lawyer to join its Dallas team. The ideal candidate will handle patent litigation with a solid technical foundation, preferably Electrical Engineering.

You will manage significant cases, draft briefs and pleadings, and provide opinions on infringement, validity, and enforceability. Texas Bar admission and USPTO registration are required.

Qualifications

• Admitted to Texas State Bar in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years in intellectual property disputes focusing on patent litigation.
• Technical expertise in telecommunications, electronics, and Internet technologies is valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage significant IP disputes cases, including strategy development and client communications.
• Draft briefs, motions, and pleadings in accordance with court rules.
• Provide legal opinions on infringement, validity, and enforceability of intellectual property.
