EMERGE, a national law firm, seeks a Department Operations Specialist who combines analytical rigor with strong process improvement to support the Intellectual Property department. You’ll oversee budgeting, financial reporting, forecasting, and operational analysis while partnering with attorneys and leaders to drive efficiency and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business operations, project management, or financial analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Experience in law firm or professional services preferred
• Budgeting, financial reporting, forecasting, and operational analysis experience
• Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams
• Advanced Excel skills with financial reporting and data analysis
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools preferred
• Familiarity with legal technology platforms is a plus
