Vertiv is seeking a junior to mid-level Intellectual Property Attorney to protect and enforce our global IP portfolio. You will collaborate with business and legal teams to shape licensing strategies, enforcement objectives, and identify monetization opportunities.

The role requires a law degree, a science or engineering background (mechanical/electrical preferred), admission to practice in at least one state and before the USPTO, and a minimum of two years of IP experience.

Qualificações

• Must hold a Law Degree and a science/engineering degree (prefer Mechanical or Electrical).
• Admitted to practice in at least one state and before the USPTO.
• Minimum 2 years of IP legal experience.

Responsabilidades

• Protect and enforce the company's global IP portfolio.
• Collaborate with business and legal teams on licensing strategies.
• Develop enforcement objectives and identify monetization opportunities.
• Conduct portfolio evaluations and draft IP-related agreements.
• Advise senior management on risk assessment and mitigation.
