The candidate will advise on IP ownership, licensing structures, and risk allocation, while coordinating with engineering and product teams and outside counsel to drive strategic transactions and an IP‑driven business

Qualifications

• 8+ years in patent prosecution and IP counseling (in-house or law firm).
• Experience managing outside patent counsel and global IP portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Lead global patent prosecution strategies aligned with technology roadmap.
• Draft, review and negotiate IP-related licenses, SaaS and partnership agreements.
• Advise stakeholders on IP ownership, licensing structures and risk allocation.
• Support IP aspects of M&A and strategic investments.
• Provide practical IP counseling to engineering and product teams.
