Job summary

Hermès in New York seeks a seasoned Anti-Counterfeiting lead to protect and enforce intellectual property across the Americas. You will drive strategy from customs filings to enforcement training, and manage pre-litigation and litigation matters with local counsel.

You will engage with authorities, monitor online marketplaces and social media for counterfeit activity, and support regional teams on IP projects, reporting on regulatory developments.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Intellectual Property law.
• Fluency in English and French with strong written and oral skills.
• Ability to manage files autonomously with precision and proactive mindset.
• Experience in international environments and working with external counsel.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Anti-Counterfeiting strategy across the Americas, including customs filings.
• Collaborate with authorities such as customs, police, and IP attachés.
• Monitor online marketplaces and social media for counterfeiting activity.
• Manage pre-litigation and litigation files with investigators and local law firms.
• Support local teams on IP-related projects.
• Prepare activity reports and track regulatory developments across the region.
