Responsibilities

Drive the Anti-Counterfeiting strategy across the Americas, from customs applications to enforcement authority training.
Build and strengthen collaboration with local authorities - customs, police and IP attachés.
Monitor online marketplaces and social media to detect and address counterfeiting activity.
Manage pre-litigation and litigation files in civil and criminal matters, alongside investigators and local law firms.
Support local teams on projects involving the Group's intellectual property rights.
Prepare activity reports and track legislative developments across the region.
