Job summary

LEGO is seeking a Corporate Counsel, Intellectual Property Americas, to protect and strengthen the LEGO brand’s IP across the Americas. You will advise on trademark, copyright, patent, publicity rights, and enforcement matters while supporting regional and global IP strategies.

In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with legal colleagues, stakeholders, customs authorities, and external counsel to safeguard IP and guide practical business decisions.

Qualifications

• Advised on trademark, copyright, patent, and publicity rights matters.
• Led IP enforcement and brand protection initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Licensed to practice in Massachusetts or in-house counsel status.

Responsibilities

• Protect LEGO brand across the Americas and support regional/global IP strategies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, customs authorities, and external counsel.
• Strengthen IP enforcement programs and awareness of IP risks through training.
• Contribute to regional and global IP strategy initiatives and risk management.
