You'll provide legal advice on trademark, copyright, patent, publicity rights, brand protection, and enforcement matters while supporting regional and global intellectual property strategies. Working closely with legal colleagues, business stakeholders, customs authorities, and external counsel, you'll help safeguard the LEGO Group's intellectual property and support practical business decisions.

You'll join the Legal, Compliance & Responsibility Americas team within the CFO organization, reporting to the VP & General Counsel, Americas. We're a connected team working across Boston, Mexico City, Monterrey, Richmond, Billund, London, and Shanghai. You’ll become a trusted advisor who helps protect the LEGO® brand while navigating complex intellectual property challenges across diverse jurisdictions. Over time, you’ll help strengthen enforcement programs, support closer alignment between regional and global strategies, and expand stakeholder education efforts. You’ll work closely with the Americas Legal Team, the Global Intellectual Property Legal Team, business leadership, customs authorities, enforcement agencies, and external counsel to help shape meaningful brand protection outcomes.
The salary for this position has a range of $107,885.00 - $161,827.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
