Qualifications

• Master's degree in Law or equivalent.
• Post-graduate experience in an international environment.
• Experience providing legal advice on consumer protection, compliance, and regulatory matters.
• Experience supporting direct-to-consumer ecommerce or consumer-facing digital services.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance for global direct-to-consumer online retail activities.
• Offer practical solutions across privacy, consumer protection, digital marketing and personalization matters.
• Support ecommerce operations, licensed partner programs, and digital initiatives.
• Provide legal input for commercial contracts, licenses, and digital procurement agreements.
• Build strong partnerships to help business teams make informed, compliant decisions.
