Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Experience and/or interest in IP litigation.

• Experience drafting discovery and substantive motions in Federal and State courts.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in commercial litigation matters and related proceedings.
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and motions; support case strategy.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda for senior attorneys.
• Collaborate with partners and associates to manage cases and deadlines.
