Qualifications

Job description

Greenspoon Marder is seeking a litigation attorney for our Scottsdale office with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in commercial litigation with experience and/or interest in IP litigation. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills and strong academic credentials. Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills are essential. Experience drafting discovery and substantive motions in both Federal and State courts is required. Prior large case and/or firm experience is preferred. Arizona bar is required.
