Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 3–5 years of patent prosecution and IP counseling experience.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• USPTO registration to practice.
• Experience in trademark prosecution is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and prosecute U.S. patent applications.
