The role offers exposure to high-profile copyright, trademark, trade secret, false advertising, and AI-related disputes, with a strong trial focus and meaningful responsibility.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years' experience in AI, trademark, copyright, false advertising and/or trade secret law.
• Must be a member of the state bar in the jurisdiction of the application.
• Trial experience is preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Handle intellectual property and technology disputes across copyright, trademark, trade secret, and AI-related matters.
• Develop litigation and enforcement strategies for complex matters.
• Advise clients on legal risks in product development and emerging technologies.
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and drafting; manage discovery and e-discovery.
