Job summary

Stanley Consultants seeks a Senior Project Manager and Iowa Market Sector Leader to steer municipal water projects, grow client relationships, and guide the Water practice strategy from Iowa. You will mentor teams and shape market opportunities while delivering complex water and wastewater solutions.

Qualifications

B.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering; M.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering or MBA preferred.
Professional Engineer (PE) license in Iowa or ability to obtain within six months.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience including at least 4 years as a Project Manager.
Professional Management Professional (PMP) certification is ideal but not mandatory.
Strong communication, leadership, and client relationship skills.
Working knowledge of multidisciplinary water infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, design, and delivery of municipal water and wastewater projects from planning through construction.
Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and project financial performance.
Serve as the primary client contact and build trusted client relationships.
Lead multidisciplinary teams across civil, process, structural, mechanical, electrical, and I&C disciplines.
