Stanley Consultants in Iowa is seeking an experienced Project Manager to strengthen our water practice and support municipal clients across the state. You will lead planning, design, and delivery of water projects from start to finish, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring quality, schedule, and budget adherence.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering, 6+ years of relevant experience, a PE license in Iowa (or ability to obtain within 6 months), and strong

Qualifications

• BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering required.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience; 2+ years in project management.
• PE license in Iowa or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Experience in designs for water/wastewater infrastructure.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, budget, and schedule across concurrent assignments.
• Provide client reporting and regular updates on milestones and financials.
• Develop and implement QA/QC plans for deliverables.
• Lead workshops and coordinate with internal and external teams.
• Provide technical leadership across civil disciplines for water projects.
