Stanley Consultants in Des Moines, IA is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager and Iowa Market Sector Leader to shape the future of our Water practice. You will lead municipal, utility, and industrial water projects, manage scope, schedule, budget, and client relationships.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering; MS in Civil or Environmental Engineering or Masters in Business Administration preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Iowa or ability to obtain within six months.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience including at least 4 years as a Project Manager.
• Professional Management Professional (PMP) certification is ideal but not mandatory.
• Strong communication, leadership, and client relationship skills.
• Working knowledge of multidisciplinary water infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and delivery of municipal water and wastewater projects from planning through construction.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and project financial performance.
• Serve as the primary client contact and build trusted client relationships.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across civil, process, structural, mechanical, electrical, and I&C disciplines.
