Job summary

Stanley Consultants is seeking an experienced Project Manager to strengthen our water practice and support municipal clients across Iowa. The role involves leading planning, design, and delivery of water projects with oversight from initial concepts through construction closeout, and it is a hybrid position.

The ideal candidate will have a BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering, 6+ years of experience with at least 2 years in project management, and a Iowa-PE or ability to obtain within 6

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering is required.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience with 2+ years as project manager.
• PE license in Iowa or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and delivery of water projects for municipal utilities in Iowa.
• Oversee project phases from planning through construction and closeout.
• Manage scope, budget, and schedule across multiple concurrent projects.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including civil, process, structural, and I&C engineers.
