Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years working with digital systems, edge devices, and cloud connections.
• 5+ years leading teams including offshore personnel.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and organizational skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Test & Integration team across hardware and software groups, onshore and offshore.
• Collaborate with Product Management to define next-generation features.
• Prioritize projects with input from engineering, product, and manufacturing.
• Support customer-facing teams with product and technical expertise.
• Ensure compliance with UL, NEC, IEEE, ANSI, CSA, NEMA, and utility standards.
• Develop test facilities at Peachtree Corners and Tucker Arc Room.
