Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial contact for customers seeking technical support for IoT devices, connectivity, and software platforms via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose issues and guide customers through step-by-step resolutions to ensure a one-call resolution when possible.
• Explain complex technical concepts in clear terms and provide proactive follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Onboard new customers through IoT device setup or software onboarding and collaborate with product teams to address hardware, firmware, and connectivity concerns.
• Monitor support metrics such as ticket backlog and time to close to improve service quality.
