Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial contact for technical support via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot IoT devices, connectivity, and software platforms to resolve issues.
• Onboard new customers and assist with device setup and adoption of IoT products.
• Escalate complex issues to senior teams when necessary and track resolution.
• Collaborate with product teams to improve hardware, firmware, and connectivity.
