Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consulting.
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and data flows.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Ability to operate independently in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical deployment of Wiliot solutions with enterprise customers.
• Translate customer workflows into technical solution architectures.
• Design and implement end-to-end solutions using the Wiliot platform.
• Build integrations, scripts, or prototypes for customer environments.
• Troubleshoot deployment challenges and ensure reliable production implementations.
• Run technical workshops, onboarding sessions, and architecture discussions.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate field needs into product improvements.
• Help customers expand and scale use cases across their operations.
