Job summary

You will work with cross-functional teams, perform 24/7 on-call rotations, and travel up to 15% in North America as needed. A high school diploma and 2 years of relevant experience are required; associates degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Associates degree preferred; 3+ years of experience preferred.
• Certifications in relevant areas are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and correct problems in manufacturing IoT lot trace systems; escalate to Development as needed.
• Communicate current condition, actions taken and next steps to stakeholders.
• Identify root cause and implement countermeasures for prolonged incidents; report status to chain of command.
• Perform server reboot analysis and manage IT/OT infrastructure problems.
• Coordinate with internal groups to restore normal production operations and escalate when necessary.
• Create documentation, training plans, and conduct trainings for Helpdesk and support staff.
