ALIZENT is seeking a Product Delivery Manager based in Cleveland, OH, responsible for managing IoT and Bulk Supply Chain products. This role encompasses end-to-end operational management and requires strong IT and service management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, information technology, or a related field.
• Experience in IT product development and operation.
• Strong understanding of IT services, IT security, and Service Management.
• Proficiency in configuration management, deployment tools, and scripting.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and incident management processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the global relationship and satisfaction for Air Liquide/Airgas industrial environments.
• Implement, deploy, and support products including L3 support.
• Monitor and manage performance KPIs for services.
• Accountable for day-to-day product operations and performance.
