JMJ PHILLIP is seeking an experienced Product Manager II - Digital Transformation to lead IoT- and AI-enabled manufacturing solutions. You will shape strategy, roadmaps, and cross-functional execution across engineering, R&D, data science, marketing, and sales to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.

Your role focuses on scalable IoT architectures, AI-driven insights, and collaboration with distributed teams to deliver high-impact products in manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 6+ years of product management experience in IoT solutions within manufacturing.
  • Experience with AI technologies such as machine learning, computer vision, or predictive analytics.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and operational challenges.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS IoT or Azure IoT Hub.
  • Understanding of IoT architecture, hardware, software, and communication protocols.
  • Experience with agile product development methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and complex product initiatives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.

  • Monitor product performance and use data-driven insights to guide decisions.
  • Analyze IoT and AI data to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Continuously refine products based on customer feedback, market needs, and business performance.

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager II - Digital Transformation to lead the development and execution of IoT- and AI-enabled solutions that improve manufacturing operations, productivity, quality, and cost efficiency. The ideal candidate will combine strong product management expertise with a deep understanding of manufacturing, IoT architecture, cloud technologies, and artificial intelligence.

Position Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for IoT and AI-driven manufacturing solutions.
  • Balance technology capabilities, customer value, profitability, and competitive positioning.
