Shipcom is looking for a strong IoT Integration Engineer to take on a key role within our development team. You will lead integrations with various IoT providers to solve critical, real-world business challenges and take ownership of backend systems integration, ensuring seamless communication across devices, platforms, and enterprise applications. This is a hands-on role focused on shaping and executing the technical architecture behind our IoT platform. You’ll build and manage scalable backend services to support real-time data flow from connected devices and work closely with front-end teams to ensure a cohesive user experience. Your contributions will directly impact system reliability, performance, and usability across multiple industries. You’ll also lead backend integrations involving RFID/RTLS hardware, middleware platforms, and asset tracking frameworks. Experience with C#, Microsoft technologies, and enterprise systems like IBM Maximo is required, as you’ll support a large-scale asset management and digital transformation initiative. The ideal candidate combines strong development skills with the ability to architect robust data pipelines that bridge physical hardware and enterprise software.
